At Rose Style Studio, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom wigs made just for you. Dueto the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer cash refunds. However, we provide options to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Store Credit

  • If your custom wig does not meet your expectations, you may request store credit within 2 days of receiving your wig.
  • The wig must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging to qualify.
  • Store credit can be used toward future purchases of any wig or hair product.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed if there is a manufacturing defect or an error in your custom order (e.g., wrong color, size, or style).
  • To request an exchange, contact us within 2 days of receiving your wig.
  • The wig must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • We will work with you to replace the wig or correct the issue as quickly as possible.

3. How to Request

  • Our team will guide you through the store credit or exchange process.
  • Include your order number and photos of the wig if reporting a defect or issue.

4. Exceptions

  • Wigs that have been worn, styled, or washed cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
