1. Store Credit
If your custom wig does not meet your expectations, you may request store credit within 2 days of receiving your wig.
The wig must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging to qualify.
Store credit can be used toward future purchases of any wig or hair product.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed if there is a manufacturing defect or an error in your custom order (e.g., wrong color, size, or style).
To request an exchange, contact us within 2 days of receiving your wig.
The wig must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
We will work with you to replace the wig or correct the issue as quickly as possible.
